RE: Imaging Comparison

Hello,

I am writing on behalf of Arizona Hearing Center.

We have received an imaging report without a comparison to your prior imaging. You can review the imaging report within the Patient Portal. The reason for the imaging was to perform a comparison to prior films to assess for any changes.

Please obtain the images from the prior examination (not the report, but the actual images – usually on a CD) and taken them to the center where you most recent imaging has been performed. You will need to physically obtain the prior images (either by picking them up or having them mailed to you). When you take the prior images to the most recent imaging center, inform the center the comparison needs to be performed and the report needs to be updated.

Please do not have the images sent to our office. We do not have the needed equipment. The imaging center needs to perform the comparison.

We will send you a message via the patient portal once we receive an updated report. If you have not heard from us, we have not received the updated report.
