What We Are Doing:
Increasing Sanitary Procedures
We are going above and beyond our already rigorous infection control policy to ensure our office is thoroughly disinfected multiple times a day.
Protective Equipment
All visitors and staff must wear masks and gloves.
Patient Areas With Social Distancing
We have increased our individual examination rooms, changed our patient flow through the office, and separated chairs to ensure appropriate social distancing.
Limiting Visitors
Only (1) companion may accompany a patient during their visit.
Telehealth Visit
A video-based health care visit can be scheduled to provide you with care and information without you leaving your home.
Free Delivery
If you need supplies like hearing aid batteries, domes, or filters, we can ship them to you free of charge.
Curbside Service
Call ahead to schedule personalize hearing aid service in the safety of your own car. When you arrive, give our office a call and a team member will come to your car, get your hearing devices, address your concerns, and perform the services in our office. Once, completed, we’ll bring your hearing devices back out to you, including any needed supplies such as batteries.
