An Important Health Update From Arizona Hearing Center

In Arizona Ear Center, Arizona Hearing Center, Uncategorized

Dear Arizona Hearing Center Patients,

The health and safety of our patients and staff is our highest priority.  We request all patients and staff with any fever, cough, shortness of breath or exposure to others with such symptoms to refrain from coming to the office.  We are screening our patients for these symptoms and travel outside of the United States.

Additionally, we have eliminated our reception areas.  Patients will arrive and will be placed in private examination rooms and spaces.  Interaction within 6 feet of other patients in the office will be eliminated.  We request all patients to utilize the online portal to complete registration prior to arrival.

We continue to disinfect our facility consistent with the Center for Disease Control.  Handwashing and infection prevention continues at a very high level. We have extended sick leave for our staff.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us via the patient portal or call at (602) 307-9919.

We hope you and your loved ones stay healthy and safe.  Please let us know if we can help. We’re all in this together.

Warm Regards,

Mark J. Syms, M.D.
